The real extension of what Mr. Goldberg is saying is that President Bush is in some way responsible for the atacks on 9/11. After all, they happened during his (Mr. Bush's) presidency, after he'd been in office some months, therefor were his policies not responsible? Does he really want to go there? Spot on commentary as usual. The real extension of what Mr. Goldberg is saying is that President Bush is in some way responsible for the atacks on 9/11. After all, they happened during his (Mr. Bush’s) presidency, after he’d been in office some months, therefor were his policies not responsible? Does he really want to go there?
